Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the art in its original protective wrapping and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gallery team inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement artwork within 5-7 business days.
